1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between f789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the f789 website at f789.im and any associated mobile applications or services. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by f789, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and all promotional offers.

3. Account Registration and Verification

By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account if any details change. 3.1 One Account Per Player

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

f789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. f789 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your f789 account; deposits from accounts held in other names will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your f789 account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Where f789 has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited into an account represent the proceeds of criminal activity, f789 will freeze the account, conduct an investigation, and may report the matter to relevant authorities. f789 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The f789 welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. Winnings generated from welcome bonus funds are capped at ৳50,000 maximum withdrawal unless otherwise stated at the time the bonus is offered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f789 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform without human intervention.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by f789.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with f789's software, security systems, or RNG mechanisms.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider in bad faith.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at f789 staff or other players.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed at your own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. f789 reserves the right to withhold funds where a compliance investigation is ongoing.

Where an account is closed by f789 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, and f789 reserves the right to recover any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach from that balance before returning any residual funds.
